- Delivery schedules will be as agreed with customers or hotel partners.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport issues, etc.) may occur.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payments must be made as per agreed terms (daily/weekly/monthly or contract basis).
- Gupta Milk Centre reserves the right to suspend service in case of non-payment.
5. Hotel & Contract Supply
- We provide regular supply to hotels and restaurants under contract agreements.
- Contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules will be mutually agreed upon.
- Any changes in contract must be approved by both parties.
